March 2027 Cohort: Business Model Innovation Lab
Most business models fail on evidence, not effort. Business Model Innovation Lab is an 8-week online programme where founders and executives take one real business model, map it, test it with customers and price it from data, then defend a go, pivot or stop decision at Demo Day.
Every block of the Business Model Canvas gets its own tool, 30 in all, inside the ScaleBurg Business Model Workbook, with Model Coach, an AI assistant that critiques your work. You run at least 10 customer interviews, a willingness-to-pay survey and three experiments. Cases follow African businesses such as M-Pesa, Sun King, Moniepoint and Paystack, and every tool is built for African conditions: FX swings, informal markets, agent networks and trust gaps.

What you'll learn
