Cohort 1: Innovation & Impact Program Management (IIPM)

Design it. Fund it. Run it. Track it.

Accelerators, fellowships, youth employment schemes and grant-funded initiatives are now a profession of their own across Africa. The people running them are expected to design a cohort, manage a donor budget, keep partners aligned and send a funder evidence that the work changed something. Most learned it on the job, one painful report at a time.

IIPM is built for them. Over 8 weeks you follow one programme from concept note to close-out: building its theory of change, costing it, selecting and supporting its participants, setting up its MEAL system, managing its partners and writing the report a funder actually wants to read. Every week ends with a working tool you can use on Monday.

This is not exam-prep project management. It is built for programmes that someone else pays for and that are judged by what happens to the people and ventures they serve.

Each week has recorded lessons and readings, a live case session on Tuesdays from 6pm to 8pm WAT (GMT+1), and a deliverable due on Sunday. You finish with a complete Programme Blueprint, defended in front of a faculty panel playing the funder.

A Global Analyst Academy programme, delivered in partnership with ScaleBurg.

Next cohort: the first live session is on Tuesday 8 December 2026, and applications close on Wednesday 2 December 2026. Apply at globalanalystacademy.com/iipm.
